Blimey, how would you fancy a piece of that delicious oven baked gooey cheese bread? What's better than a loaf of our favourite bread stuffed with Provolone cheese, some spring onion, poppy seeds, fresh herbs and creamy butter. Jen says that you can totally personalize the filling with your own flavour combination choosing ingredients you love most on bread. For Balazs and I garlic would be a must, shortly followed by gooey mozzarella, red onion and fresh basil. Yum! Loves, would you try it? What would be your flavour combination? xo
P.S: Here are two different takes on this recipe: with mushrooms as a main ingredient and this one with onion.
P.P.S: Sugar rush!

yummmm!!!
Holy Moly! That looks delicious!
It says "mix" for the butter... Is that melt it together and pour it on top? I'm confused by this step...
Yes, Melissa. You can melt the butter and add it to the mix of onion and poppy seeds or you can simply drizzle the mixed (blended) butter, onion, and poppy seeds over the bread.
Hope that helps.
I made something similar except I modified it
By adding bacon, cheddar cheese, jalepenos, and then poured ranch dressing over it . Rolled it in foil. Baked it. It was a huge hit at my house!!!
Anonymous, sounds totally scrumptious:)
Can you imagine how fast that warm, gooey bread would disappear at a tailgate? I can't wait!
Oh Yummm."what a great recipe"

Gert
